DomeNation’s Latest: Mainstream Media and the Internet
Jun 13th, 2007 by Brad Levinson
Although YouTube initially let us film creators down, the latest episode of DomeNation is up and live!
For those of you unfamiliar with the Internet show, it’s a weekly cast that discusses politics, technology, the Internet, and new media. The hosts are MyDD’s Jerome Armstrong and TechRepublican’s David All. I do post-production work — editing, sound, compression, and I work with David on rolling it out on YouTube.
In this week’s two-part episode (thanks to YouTube’s 10 minute limit), David and Jerome sit down with Washington Posts’s Paul Kane and one of my old Hotline buddies, Politico’s Jonathan Martin. Among the topics are how technology influences them on a daily basis, what blogs they go to for the latest information/breaking news, and how they feel technology is strengthening democracy.
