President Bush was caught off guard last week, while he was speaking at a fundraiser in Houston, Texas.  Not aware that he was on camera phone the President joked that Wallstreet “got drunk and now it’s got a hangover”.  This is a pretty funny statement, not too serious I don’t think.  He joked a little more after the comment as he usually does, I mean after all it was a fundraiser.  Always the comedic president, no matter what the issue is.
