U.S. taxpayers should not be paying for political teachable moments. But anyway, while McCain is glad-handing...Gordon Brown's party may lose its majority because of the failed Mid-East policy of Bush/Blair. U.S. Conservatives hate the French for not supporting Bush's Iraq policy, but Sarkozy's love life puts Newt Gingich and Elliott Spitzer's to shame, and getting drunk at the G8 Conference didn't help. Jordan King Abdullah bashes Bush's Israeli policy and wants a nuclear weapon. Ehud Olmert is suffering dismal poll ratings following the war in Lebanon. Very few Republicans agree with Stavros Dimas, John McCain and most of the world that Global Warming/Climate Change is an issue.
