Last night MSNBC Countdown host Keith Olbermann had a first. For the first time in his show’s tenure, he gave one of his ”special commentaries” against a member of the Democratic Party. Usually aimed at members of the Bush administration or Fox News personalities, Olbermann confronted Sen. Hillary Clinton on a number of fronts that include: the recent flap by former vice presidential nominee Geraldine Ferraro, the quality of Clinton’s advisors, comments made by both Sen. Clinton and former President Bill Clinton hinting at race throughout the campaign, and the state of the Democratic Party.
