		<description>The Democrats are standing on three questions.  First, Bush signed the agreement 16-MONTHS ago!!!  Second, why should Congress trust the Bush Administration with allowing an up-or-down - fast track vote on anything?  Third, it is published who the Democrats are "in bed with"...the American blue collar workers, but who are the special interests that the Republicans are supporting?</description>
